Meet Our Team (FSCS Health Center)

NicoleNaranjo

Ms. Nicole Naranjo - Treatment Coordinator

Hello, my name is Nicole Naranjo, and I have the pleasure of introducing myself as the Treatment Coordinator for The New Roberto Clemente Middle School. I have been an Assistant Teacher and Medical Assistant in the past, but nothing has been more fulfilling than working for Full Service Community Schools under Health N Wellness.

As a mother of three, I pride myself on giving the best of myself and always being there. This is why my job is not a job to me. I wish to make all of our students feel like they have someone to go to no matter if it’s a cough, poor eye sight, a cavity, or bad thoughts. Every child deserves a healthy life and every parent deserves a helping hand!

KariHiraldo

Ms. Kari Hiraldo L.S.W. - Treatment Counselor

As a dedicated mental health therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals and families, I have a deep passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges.  A licensed social worker, I have worked in both hospice care and youth therapy, providing compassionate support to those in need. With a background in grief counseling, trauma-informed care, and working with neurodivergent children, I bring empathy, understanding, and evidence-based practices to my work.

My personal experiences with loss have strengthened my commitment to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can heal and grow. Beyond my work, I am passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, whether through therapy, community involvement, and future plans to teach English abroad. I also enjoy traveling and learning about different cultures. I believe in fostering genuine connections, building trust, and empowering individuals to find hope and resilience in their journeys.

LaisDuran

Ms. Lais Duran - Behavioral Health Intern

Hello! My name is Lais Duran, and I am a second-year graduate student at William Paterson University pursuing my Master’s in Clinical and Counseling Psychology. I also completed my undergraduate studies at William Paterson, earning my Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

Prior to starting my graduate studies, I worked as a Direct Support Professional at a day habilitation facility for young adults with mental and physical disabilities, which deeply strengthened my passion for the field.

From a young age, I knew I wanted to become a counselor and always hoped to work in a school setting. I am incredibly excited to be a part of the FSCS team and to have the opportunity to work with the amazing students and staff at NRC and School 15!
